• Our dear brother, Ali Khenissi, has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Please keep him and his family in your prayers.
• Brother Safaa Zarzour from Chicago is sending his Salam to the community.
• Dr. Shakir is making several visits to churches in the area this month, including the Presbyterian Church of Columbia on April 2nd to speak about Morality and Ethics in Islam in Light of the NZ Attach; Centralia on April 14th to speak about Islam and Muslims, Faith, Past and Present; and Jefferson City on April 23rd to speak about Islam and the Environment.

• Inshaallah from Saturday April 6th, the Iqamah of Fajr prayer will be at 5:45 am
• There is no sisters halaqa on Friday, April 5th.

Quran and Arabic Classes

• Quran Tafseer every Friday after Isha

• Arabic for beginners every Wednesday 6:00 - 7:30pn, Strickland Hall, Room 112

Adhan Workshop
There will be an adhan workshop given every Sunday after dhuhr prayer at the ICCM by brother Mohammed Elkomi.

Brothers Volleyball @ the ARC
There will be a volleyball event for brothers at Columbia ARC on Sunday, April 7th from 5:45pm to 7:30pm. There is a $5 entrance fee and you can sign up by clicking this link. 

Sheik Said 2019-1440H Quranic Competition
The Sheik Said 2019-1440H Quranic Competition is scheduled to start on Monday April 8, 2019. Students are expected to be tested through the Ghazali School or ISCM teachers or the Imam. More details are included in the attached flyer.

Discover Islam
The 6th lecture of Discover Islam, titled "Poverty: Islamic Solution", will be given by Dr. Shakir Hamoodi on Thursday April 11 between 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm at Strickland Hall, room 114.
Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities

1. The Refugee Office needs some help clearing out and sorting through their storage space so that they can be prepared for new refugee families. We will be helping them out this Saturday, April 6th from 10am to 2pm. Email [email protected] if you are interested in helping.
