Parking Lot Guidelines:
Vehicles parked in the ICCM parking lot are required to obtain a parking permit for that vehicle from the ICCM.
The purchase of a ICCM parking permit grants the permit holder access to specific parking lots, but does not guarantee a parking place . Parking for all permit holders is on a "first-come, first-served" basis only.
All vehicles parked on ICCM property must display a current valid license plate and be fully registered in the state issuing the license plate.
All parking permits must be displayed in the windshield.
A permit is not transferable to other individuals.
Lost or stolen parking permits must be reported to the ICCM immediately. After a report is completed, the permit may be replaced for a $10 fee. Recovered lost or stolen permits should be returned to the ICCM immediately.
No loitering, littering, tailgating, consumption or carrying of alcohol or drunk or disorderly content allowed.
Activities or other distractions that affect the operation of the parking lot or the ICCM are prohibited.
Always lock your vehicle. The ICCM accepts no liability in the event of theft or vandalism.
We reserve the right to revoke or cancel any permit registration if parking lot guidelines are not followed.
