The ICCM is participating in the Warm up Columbia Event. Items needed are blankets, gloves, scarves, hats, jackets and coats for kids and adults. Bins have been placed on the men’s and women’s side for collection.
This Sunday, October 23rd, the ICCM along with NABIC, ISNA and Islamic Relief will host feed the hungry, food packaging event at the ICCM from Duhur and Asr. The entire community is encouraged to attend, we need a minimum of 80 volunteers.
Rabbaniyah in collaboration with the women’s committee will be going to Shryock’s Corn Maze on Saturday, October 29th. There will be bonfire with s’mores later in the evening. Admission price is $9 for non-Rabbaniyah member. The event is open to all the sisters, Rabbaniyah members, their families and the entire community.
The young professional’s halaqa for this week will be tonight, Friday, October 21st, after Maghreb. The halaqa will be given by sis Radhia Khenissi, and the topic is “Verily with Hardship comes Ease: A discussion about struggles.”
The Muslim Youth of St. Louis will be hosting its 10th annual seminar, “In the company of the Beloved.” This seminar is free to attend and will take place from Nov. 11th – 13th at the Daar-ul-Islam Masjid in St. Louis, MO. For more information, visit www.muslimyouthstl.org.
